An Equity Movement
Welcome to The Empower Collective LLC
Supporting neurodivergent college students in being unapologetically themselves.
Who We Are
The Empower Collective LLC, based in Montgomery County, MD, was founded in Spring 2024 as an equity movement for neurodivergent students who will be entering college in the fall.
The program empowers neurodivergent students by teaching them to be unapologetically themselves while also learning the academic, self-advocacy, and executive functioning skills that are necessary for thriving in a college environment.
In-person summer programs (READY I and READY II) are available for rising college students. Those who complete a summer session are then eligible for THRIVE (1:1 academic virtual coaching during the school year). Select THRIVE graduates will be eligible for continuing the equity movement by mentoring incoming students in the following year's READY cohorts.

“Young, neurodivergent people bring invaluable gifts to the world. The Empower Collective LLC teaches them to be unapologetically themselves as they enter college. Together, we'll create a more just place for all of us to exist and thrive.”
